BarterFriends (www.barterfriends.com) provides an online game and barter auction environment that grants you the opportunity to collect points ("B-Bucks") that may be allocated towards items sold on the barter auction. All transactions on the site are conducted in BarterFriends B-Bucks, which have no monetary value, and are used only upon this site. BarterFriends reserves the right to terminate service or revise the terms of the site without notice at any time.

No purchase necessary. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and capable of executing a binding legal agreement. THIS SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
| | Registration | |
You must register with BarterFriends to participate in games, contests and the BarterFriends barter auction. You may register with BarterFriends only once. Registering more than once will result in termination of your account(s) and forfeiture of all B-Bucks contained within.
| | Account Activity | |
All accounts not used for 3 months will be considered inactive accounts. These accounts will be disabled and can only be opened by administration at the request of the account holder.
| | Inappropriate Behavior / Malicious Use of the Site |
If BarterFriends, in its sole discretion, finds your username or any postings you've placed on the site as offensive, it reserves the right to modify or remove the posting, and/or disable your account without warning.
BarterFriends reserves the right to modify the workings of the Barter Auction, Games and Contests in order to prevent any unauthorized tampering with the play of games or operations of the auction. BarterFriends reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable accounts and/or remove B-Bucks from a user account if they engage in or attempt to engage in such tampering or use.
BarterFriends reserves the right to disable or delete user accounts and/or remove, in part or whole, any B-Bucks that user has accumulated if he/she engages in any conduct that BarterFriends deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the website. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information, accumulating B-Bucks through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use such user's account for the purposes of accumulating B-Bucks and intentionally trying to defraud or otherwise tamper with the computer programs comprising the BarterFriends website.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE BARTERFRIENDS' WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAMES OR AUCTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BARTERFRIENDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

BarterFriends is not liable for any malfunction or failure of its systems, website or Service due to matters including, but not limited to, the failure of BarterFriends' or any other entity's software, hardware or communications technology, traffic congestion or failure of any telecommunications.
By registering with BarterFriends, you release and hold harmless BarterFriends, its directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents from and against any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Service or the receipt or use of any items won on the auction.
Your use of BarterFriends is at your sole risk.
Neither BarterFriends nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this Service shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the BarterFriends website. The BarterFriends Service is provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
